Are You Following The 8 Laws?
1. Nutrition.
Are you giving your body the nutrients it needs?
2. Exercise.
Your body is designed to work.
3. Water.
Are you getting that pure clear fluid?
4. Sunlight.
Have you seen sunlight deprived plants?
5. Temperance.
Good things in moderation.
6. Air.
You have an air cleaner on your car, right?
7. Rest.
Six days were given for work, one for rest.
8. Trust in Divine Power.
You need to be able to trust in someone
bigger than yourself.
