About Costs.

You may be wondering how much it is going to cost to get a good quality supplement.
You may be surprised to know that it is actually much cheaper to get a good one, than to get several low cost ones to get the same dose. On a 28 day cost comparison, USANA came out at $39.95. To get the same amount of nutrients through cheaper sources, the cost came out at $67.76. These are US prices for US product. Notice that I did not say equivalent nutrition, because even if you got the same quantity of nutrients, if they weren't in the most available form, you would still be behind.
Now how does a complete meal replacement, with the right nutrients, in the right balance, at the right potency, in the most available form, and low GI, for the price of a coffee sound? Tastes terrific too, and is great for travelling. Just add two cups of water and one sachet in a shaker, and you have a very satisfying, feel good meal. I have one every day for lunch at work. What else can you buy for that kind of money? Half a hamburger, maybe a bucket of chips, or an icecream, I know which I would choose.
